Hello Sunshine!

Hey gals!! I'm back with this sunshine inspired outfit look, centered around this knitted bright yellow top that I wanted to get in before this scorching hot season is over. Even though this yellow top is one to wear as a layer, it is very lightweight so its great to take it out for a hot summer day and play around with it, it is a top that you can pair with a variety of colors! I always get compliments when wearing this because of the gorgeous knitting detail and this perfectly colored top is from Forever 21. I decided to layer this knitted top with a black tank top under which is also a basic tank from Forever 21 and to go with the top i went with these denim shorts, to keep cool and they are from Rhapsodielle. It is a very simple outfit but by adding this knitted yellow top it automatically uplifts and brightens up the look immediately. As for shoes, I wanted to also go with a fun bright color so I went for these heels that are bright royal blue in the toe half of the shoe, which I found to be a great combo to pair with the yellow. So there you have it ladies, still getting in those summer outfits! I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for you wardrobe. Til the next look!!

Keeping it Green!

Hey gals!! I am back with a new look for you girls! We all now summer is still around and it will continue to be for a few more weeks, so instead of complaining I am embracing the season with this loud colored outfit centered around the color green and the shorts. I centered my entire look around these patterned shorts that are from a local boutique, and I love that with the pattern detailing that the shorts have you are able to make the shorts a bit more color flexible which gives you more of a variety of colored tops to choose from. I was initially going to pair these shorts with a white tee but I wanted my look to standout so I ended up deciding to pair them with this green tank from Target. I wanted my outfit to speak loudness with its colors. Although the color for the items of the look are very loud and vibrant I decided that I would take it easy with my shoes and went with these nude colored snake print heels from Nine West. So there you have it ladies, for a day that you want to stand out from the crowd, here is a look that I hope served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe. Til the next look!

Gray Florals

Hey gals!! I am back with a new casual, chic look for you all! I centered this entire look around this oh so pretty gray floral top from H&M. The gray and the light pink on the tank are so complimentive with each other in the way that not only are they a gorgeous color combination but both color shades are very mellow and easy to pair with other colored clothing items. I decided to keep this look simple and simply paired the tank with these dark denim jeans from H&M as well, so you can say it is almost a H&M inspired look except for these black Jessica Simpson flats. I feel that these flats give my outfit that chicness that I often love aiming for, especially with the strap detail that goes around the ankle. I have been keeping my looks very minimal when it comes to accessories, for this look I just went for these salmon stone earrings that I believe if I'm not mistaken are from Forever 21. So there you have it ladies, a casual, chic look for those days where you don't want to work extremely hard on your look but you want to give the impression that you did put some time into it! I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe. Til the next outfit!!

Carrie Bradshaw Inpired

Hey gals!! I'm finally back with a new look for you all, I know I was MIA for quite a bit but I never forgot that I had to come and keep you all updated with new outfit posts!! I was very excited for this look because it was inspired by none other than one of the biggest fashionistas out there, one of my inspirations and role models, Carrie Bradshaw!! Yes I'm a tad bit obsessed with the "Sex and the City" show! So the center piece for this outfit was obviously this light sky blue mid length skirt which is where the inspiration came from. In my opinion this skirts just screams out Carrie Bradshaw which is what drew me immediately to the skirt and like many other pieces it just had to be mine! This mid length skirt was purchased from Forever 21 and I love how it compliments my taste for chicness, very comfortable and extremely versatile, you can choose to dress it up or dress it down, depending all on your mood or the occasion. I wanted to keep this look semi casual so I decided to pair the skirt with a basic tee, gray and blue are two colors that in my eyes go perfectly in sync, a perfect color combo, so I went with this H&M gray tee. Carrie Bradshaw lives in heels so there was no way I would have completed this inspired look with anything else but heels, these black lace up heels are LolaShoetique so they are very economical despite the fact that they are incredibly stylish! I kept my accessories very minimal, a light blue bracelet from Forever 21 and matching blue earrings from a local boutique. So there you have it my fashionistas, a Carrie Bradshaw inspired look that I hope served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe!! Til the next look!

Denim and Florals

Hey gals!! Here is a new look for you all, very simple, spartan inspired and still perfect for what is left of summer! This Bar III dress is so perfect in my eyes, let's just begin with the color, this yellow color is perfect its not the brightest yet it is the perfect hue of yellow to make it so summerish and adding on the floral pattern, this dress would even be perfect for the first day of spring just because of the color and pattern combination. And lets  not forget that this dress has two side pockets, which is always a plus for me when it comes to skirts and dresses because if I cannot be carrying my purse everywhere I go, the dress will still allow me to carry my phone with me. This dress is also great if you want to layer it with a denim vest like how I did for this look, this vest is from Forever 21 if I'm not mistaken. I paired the dressed with these brown gladiator sandals from Madden girl and the straps on the sandals are elastic which are so great so that you do not feel like your legs are getting tightly marked, and to top it off they are extremely comfortable. Since these gladiator sandals are very spartan inspired and since the heat was immense on this day I wanted to go with a long side braid to compliment the spartan inspiration from the sandals. So there you have it ladies, I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration to your wardrobe!! Til the next outfit! Xoxo

Shopping is my Cardio

Hey gals!! I am back with a brand new outfit post and lets begin by mentioning how adorbs is this perfectly pink tee!!! "Shopping is my Cardio"!! Aaahhh I have to confess that this was a tee that the second I laid eyes on it, I knew it had to be mine!!! If you're a shopping addict like myself then you know what I'm talking about and let me just say yes, shopping is considered cardio. This amazing tee is from StarlingStyle and a paired it with this skirt that is an oldie in my closet and I honestly cannot recall where it's from but you can always find very affordable skirts like these at Forever 21. To pair the outfit I went with these nude lucky brand flats that are super comfortable and their simplicity makes them absolutely versatile with any clothing piece. I did not accessorize much I have been keeping all of that to a minimal, I just layered my tee with this statement necklace from sheinside. So there you ladies have it, I hope this look serves as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe. Til the next outfit!!

Stripes and White

Hey gals!! I am back with a new outfit post for all you fashionistas!! We only have a few more weeks left of summer before we welcome fall, so I'm still embracing these sunny hot days with continuous summer looks. It was 87 degrees in LA on this day so I wanted a look that would be comfortable and fresh so to start off my look I based my entire outfit around this fun summer colored skirt from one of my favorites, Target. Aside from the vibrant colors, the other thing I love about this skirt is its length, its not to short of a skirt and at the same time it is a midway high wasted skirt so its perfect to wear with a top tucked in like I did for this look. This white sleeveless top is from Rhapsodielle and I paired this look with these heels that look just like "huaraches" Mexican sandals, which in my opinion are perfect to take out for a stroll in the summer time, these heels are oldies, I've had them for quite some time already and I picked them up from a local boutique. To accessorize, I kept it simple by just adding this long gold necklace with fringe detailing from Forever 21, gold triangular prism type of earrings from my Wantable monthly subscription, and my gold Michael Kors aviators. So ladies, there you have it, let's continue embracing these sunny days while we still have the around! I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe!! Til the next outfit!!

Black and White

Hey gals!! I am back with a new look for you all, it is a simple look but I feel that the pattern of the dress along with the back detailing gives it that edge that gives the look a little something. So Iet those little details do the talking and I kept the look pretty simple. This black and white patterned dress is from Forever 21 and it is another one that I have had sitting in my closet for a few months and this warm day was perfect to take it out for a spin!  Now even though I could live in heels everyday, I wanted to keep the simplicity going with my midi gladiator black sandals from LolaShoetique, it seemed the dress was a lot more casual to try and dress it up with heels, so sandals seemed like the best option. I then just addeded this statement necklace from sheinside.com, again one of my favorite statement pieces, it is my go-to. And since it was going to be a warm day and did not want to deal with the heat of styling my hair with a heating tool, I went for a quick side braided look that I think turned out to be a perfect look to go with this dress. So there you have it ladies, a quick and simple look with a little more for a nice, warm, sunny day. I hope this served as some type of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next outfit!!

L.A. Dreaming

Hey gals!! Back with a new LA Dreaming outfit for you all! Okay so this was a look I put together knowing that I was going to be having a laid back day so I wanted to keep it pretty casual. Now, I am a gal who loves shoes especially heels, if I could live in them every single day I know I would, so I wanted a look that would be very simple and casual yet add a little dash of chic in it. So for this look I am wearing a top from Forever 21 embracing the city I grew up in, Los Angeles. That being one of the obvious reasons why I was drawn to this top, and the other two are that its pink, simple, and casual (okay that's a little more than just two) and the other is because of the criss-cross open back detail it has. Again another top that is perfect for summer! The image on the top is gorgeous, a simple depiction of a hot summer day in Los Angeles, the beach and the tall palms that makes us Angelinos so city like. At first I was going to pair this top with jeans, but peeking through my window I was able to see that not a single leave was moving, which meant only one thing, it was TOO hot to be out in pants!! So I decided, change of plans, let's pair it up with these black high wasted shorts from Rhapsodielle, again tops that are crop in my opinion are perfect to be worn with pieces that are high wasted like these black shorts. I wanted to keep my outfit casual but like a said with a twist of chic so I decided to go with these black Steve Madden strappy heels, which again I recommend to be worn when you won't be doing too much walking because the support is not the best and trust me, you're feet will be killing you in the end if you're walking way too much in these heels. So since I was not going to be doing any strenuous walking, it was safe to make them a part of my look to give me that oomph of chic I was looking for and I also incorporated this white silver statement necklace that is from Charlotte Russe in order to compliment my heels. So there you have it ladies a simple yet chic casual outfit that I hope served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next outfit!!
