Black and White

Hey gals!! I am back with a new look for you all, it is a simple look but I feel that the pattern of the dress along with the back detailing gives it that edge that gives the look a little something. So Iet those little details do the talking and I kept the look pretty simple. This black and white patterned dress is from Forever 21 and it is another one that I have had sitting in my closet for a few months and this warm day was perfect to take it out for a spin!  Now even though I could live in heels everyday, I wanted to keep the simplicity going with my midi gladiator black sandals from LolaShoetique, it seemed the dress was a lot more casual to try and dress it up with heels, so sandals seemed like the best option. I then just addeded this statement necklace from sheinside.com, again one of my favorite statement pieces, it is my go-to. And since it was going to be a warm day and did not want to deal with the heat of styling my hair with a heating tool, I went for a quick side braided look that I think turned out to be a perfect look to go with this dress. So there you have it ladies, a quick and simple look with a little more for a nice, warm, sunny day. I hope this served as some type of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next outfit!!

L.A. Dreaming

Hey gals!! Back with a new LA Dreaming outfit for you all! Okay so this was a look I put together knowing that I was going to be having a laid back day so I wanted to keep it pretty casual. Now, I am a gal who loves shoes especially heels, if I could live in them every single day I know I would, so I wanted a look that would be very simple and casual yet add a little dash of chic in it. So for this look I am wearing a top from Forever 21 embracing the city I grew up in, Los Angeles. That being one of the obvious reasons why I was drawn to this top, and the other two are that its pink, simple, and casual (okay that's a little more than just two) and the other is because of the criss-cross open back detail it has. Again another top that is perfect for summer! The image on the top is gorgeous, a simple depiction of a hot summer day in Los Angeles, the beach and the tall palms that makes us Angelinos so city like. At first I was going to pair this top with jeans, but peeking through my window I was able to see that not a single leave was moving, which meant only one thing, it was TOO hot to be out in pants!! So I decided, change of plans, let's pair it up with these black high wasted shorts from Rhapsodielle, again tops that are crop in my opinion are perfect to be worn with pieces that are high wasted like these black shorts. I wanted to keep my outfit casual but like a said with a twist of chic so I decided to go with these black Steve Madden strappy heels, which again I recommend to be worn when you won't be doing too much walking because the support is not the best and trust me, you're feet will be killing you in the end if you're walking way too much in these heels. So since I was not going to be doing any strenuous walking, it was safe to make them a part of my look to give me that oomph of chic I was looking for and I also incorporated this white silver statement necklace that is from Charlotte Russe in order to compliment my heels. So there you have it ladies a simple yet chic casual outfit that I hope served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next outfit!!

NEON PINK: LeVixen Inspired

Hey gals!! I am back with another bright color summer look!! This look is another one put together by Levixen's summer collection (www.Levixen.com)! So lets start off by the obvious main part of the look which is this bright colored neon pink romper of course from Levixen! If you wanna make a statement with your outfit, what better way than with this gorgeous romper, I mean how more sexy and feminine can it get! This romper is perfect for a summer day out or a summer night out, either way it is a romper that will scream summer! And hey, we still have over a month of summer to go so why not? I love the crossed straps that go all the way down your back, lets you show off some skin in this hot weather and they are adjustable which means you are able to set the as you like. What I also liked about this romper is that you can mix and match it with other bright colors to keep it really fun and playful!! With that said, I paired this romper with these teal sandal heels from LolaShoethique which to me seemed like a perfect color combination and along with a statement necklace from Forever 21 of the same teal color to go with my heels. So there you have it ladies, if your looking for a fun, flirty summer outfit I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration! Denim and Knit

Hey gals!! I'm back with a brand new look for you, and for this look I combined denim with knitted. Remember to always have fun putting together your look and ALWAYS make it your own style!! I want to go for a casual look but like always keep it chic, so I decided to just dare and combine different textures in my outfit. To start it off I centered this look around this denim button down from H&M, which I absolute love because for one it is a versatile clothing piece that you can either dress down or dress up (pretty much pair it up with anything) and two this is a must have in your closet because it stays in style year round, so I definitely recommend adding it to your wardrobe! So for this time, I decided to pair it with this knitted white skirt, again I love white, and this skirt is from Hollister and I absolutely love the way this skirt looks, the way it fits and you can wear it with pretty much any type of shoes. So I think it's safe to say todays look is put together with very versatile clothing pieces. For shoes, I went with this brown Target wedges and a diamond detailed gold necklace from Charlotte Russe (one my favorite necklaces). And like always to add a little oomph and complete the outfit I decided to also accessorize with this thin brown belt that I thought was perfect to compliment the wedges. So there you have it fashionistas, I hope this look served as some kind of outfit inspiration, til the next look!!

Floral Madness

Hey gals!! I'm back with a floral based outfit, it's more of a tropical floral dress. Let me start off by saying that I actually purchased this dress from Forever 21 back in January as part of a little shopping splurge I gave myself as a gift for my birthday. So it has been sitting in my closet for quite a while already and I have been waiting for the perfect day to wear it because since its more of a tropical kind of floral dress I figured it would be best to wear it during the summer time. Today was that day I finally decided to take it out of my closet it and dress it up!! And let me confess that I ended up loving this dress even more once I put it on because the way it fits is AMAZING!! It accentuates your body so perfectly, omg I became obsessed and the colors/pattern, I mean we can't deny they just scream out summer time! To pair this dress I went with these black lace up heels from LolaShoetique, since the heels have some kind of boot looking shape I thought it complemented the style of the dress very well, and since I was going to be out in this hot sunny day I wanted to wear this black floppy hat to add that oomph to the outfit and again, you girls know I'm all about the oomph! So now you have a little background about this dress, okay no not really but at least now you know how long it took to get this dress out and about, I hope this look gave you fashionistas some sort of styling ideas for your wardrobe! Til the next outfit!

Neon Crop Top: Levixen Inspired

Hey gals!! I am back here with a new post for all you fashionistas! I centered my entire look today around this bright neon lime green top from Levixen, which you can find by going to their website www.Levixen.com and while you're there browse through their many other selections of tops (and other apparel)! With that being said let's continue on with this amazing flowy neon top, it is a crop top, so in my opinion I think it is perfect to pair with high wasted shorts or jeans. It is very comfortable, it has a corset bra attached under which gives this top tons more appeal and makes it that more flirty! And may I add, just how sexy it makes it that it is off the shoulder. oh so perfect for this summer!! Don't even get me started with the gorgeous neon lime green color, it is the perfect pop of color for your outfit.  Seeing this top for the first time while shopping online, I must say the color and the style is what caught my eye, but once I finally put it together and wore the top, I fell in love with it even more, definitely recommend as a must have item in your closet, of course if you love bright colors like myself! To pair my top I went with high wasted shorts like I mentioned before, these are from Rhapsodielle and I thought the look would perfectly be completed by these MaddenGirl brown gladiator sandals. I did not do much of accessorizing, again because to me this top does not need much in order to be flaunted, so I simple just added this white watch I received in one of my Wantable subscriptions. So there you have it ladies, if you're looking for THEE perfect summer outfit, I think it is safe to say this may be one of them!! If you love the top just as much as I do make sure to check out Levixen's website and you can also follow them on Instagram: @le.vixen I hope this outfit helped you out with a little summer style inspiration! Til the next outfit!

Summertime Maxi

Hey gals!! I am back with a new post for you fashionistas!! This outfit is inspired if you're going to be out on a warm sunny day doing any type of recreational activity or anything of that sort. I spent my day out at the La Brea Tarpits in Los Angeles, it was my first time there and I did not know just how much walking I was going to be doing which is why I went with the safety net and wore sandals. These sandals are very simple, strappy brown sandals that I got from Target. I thought they would be perfect not only for all the walking but also perfect to match this maxi skirt which is also from Target that I was able to score on the clearance rack!! Obviously the pattern on the skirt and the colors on it is what won my heart, but I almost also add that when i look for maxi skirts I like them to be pretty lengthy, I don't like them to barely cover my ankles, I prefer them a bit longer than that and this maxi skirt fit my criteria! To pair the skirt I went with this simple white crop top from Charlotte Russe that has a zipper detail going all the way down vertically on the back (sorry I didn't capture the back detail). I don't know if I have mentioned this before, but I have really been getting into the color white, so any chance I get to pair something white with another item, I'm all for it! To accessorize, I went really simple with just a pistachio colored necklace to match one of the colors on the skirt which also adds more pop of color to the outfit and just simple round sunnies, both accessories from Forever 21. So there you have it ladies, if you're planning a day out in this hot sunny weather and are a bit indecisive on what to wear, well hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for you! Til the next outfit!!
