Sheer x Denim

Hey gals! I'm bringing a super quick look to you, I don't want to go MIA for so long like I had kinda began to do. I'm getting back into the rhythm of keeping up with my blog and today I am sharing the look I wore for a movie date! I wanted to dress up my look keeping it casual with a pair of jeans and adding the oomph with these wide heeled heels and a statement necklace to be the pop of the entire look. I hope this look serves as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe especially if you have a movie date coming soon! Til the next look! Xoxo

Casual Not Basic

Hey gals! I'm back bringing you all another casual look to rock this Summer! Okay is it me or is Summer just literally flying by past us in a blink of an eye?! I remember I was overly excited that Summer time was approaching and now we are in August moving closer to Fall!! My goodness where does time go!? Well going back to todays look, I have to first say that if there is a tee hanging in my closet that I just am absolutely in love with it is this one!! The plastered message of "Don't be basic" is just my favorite, I am constantly using that word to make references to certain things and let me tell you why I love it. One of the reasons this top makes it to the top haha is because its a phrase that reminds me of the movie Mean Girls like something that they would say (even though its not referenced in the movie) and that's one of my all time favorite movies but I also love it because not being basic to me means not settling for anything less than the best, plain and simple. Like working your best for the best and that goes for every aspect in life! So with that being said, I wanted to keep this top pretty casual but adding a touch of femininity to it which is why I paired it these lace detailed navy blue shorts and added a statement necklace to give it the look that oomph. Something very simple yet adding my own sass to it. I hope this look serves as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next look!!

Crochet + Chambray

Hey gals! It's beginning to get slightly difficult to wear just anything with a growing baby bump! I get various ideas for different looks that I can create for you that are simple enough for all of you to recreate but now I have to think to myself, will I be able to pull it off with the bump. And don't get me wrong, I find everything looks so cute when you are rocking your bump but when it comes to jeans and denim shorts that's when you kinda think twice because that button gets harder to close and feel comfortable. So here I am with these crochet ivory shorts which are not only comfortable with the elastic band at the waist BUT are totally IN for summer days! I decided to pair them with this light colored chambray top because frankly what can you not pair with a chambray shirt?! Anything pretty much goes!! It is a very chic, casual look but still giving the look an oomph by adding the crochet shorts to the mix! So I hope this look serves as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe! Til the next look!! Xoxo

Florals + Booties

Hey gals! I'm trying to get back into the rhythm of getting the ball rolling again with my blog and style my bump! I had been looking forward to bringing this Peter Pilotto designed dress from Target out for a stroll. I love how you can make this dress as lady like as you want or you can make it a bit more edgy how I decided to go for by rocking the dress with these black buckled booties. That's one of the things that really got me with this dress that you can play around with it and make it your own style or just adjust it to the mood you are in for that day; not only is like a button down shirt but it has lace detailing on the shoulder part and it has the floral geometric fashion so you have plenty to mess with. Not to mention  how comfortable and light it is for a hot Summer day! So I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe. Til the next look!

Celebrating America!

Hey gals!! We all just finished celebrating America and of course I wanted to share with you girls the outfit that I put together to enjoy that day. I decided that my look would be somewhat patriotic by incorporating some of the colors of America, so I decided to go with white and red. I kept the look pretty casual by adding my chucks to finish off my outfit, so not only was it casual but it was also very comfortable. The main staple to my entire look where these white sunnies which if you ask me they have been the best $5.80 I have ever spent, yes! You can find them at Forever 21 if you were wondering. And with that being said I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration for your wardrobe. Til the next look!!

Maxi Blue

Hey gals!! I need to start off by talking about my obsession over this sheer maxi skirt from H&M. With the two high slits on each side I was able to channel my inner Angelina Jolie by showing off those legs from the slits. On my last blog post I mentioned how great it is to have bright colors as a part of your Summer wardrobe, so this skirt fits perfectly to add on the right amount of pop to your Summer days. And to top it off, not only is this maxi skirt fun, flirty and perfect for Summer.....the price is perfect for any budget, $12!!! With a versatile skirt like this, you can style it so many different ways to create various summer looks! I hope this look served as some sort of inspiration to your summer wardrobe! Til the next look!!

Summer Lime

Hey gals!! I had been gone for the longest minute and I must confess that I had lost some inspiration to continue bringing new looks and it's not that I'm not loving this style/fashion world because I absolutely am obsessed with it all, but so many things have been happening in life these past two weeks or so that to find the time or inspiration for a new look has ben quite difficult BUT I am back and I hope you all enjoy this new Summer look! Bright colors in the Summer are almost a must, they just add the perfect pop and oomph needed on a nice sunny, hot day! So I decided to mix up these bright colors by adding these H&M lime green shorts with these thick strap sandals that are like a coral color from Target, but let me mention just how comfortable these sandals are, you can walk for hours in them and not get tired, they're perfect! Hope this outfit serves as some sort of inspiration for your Summer wardrobe! Til the next look!!
